As of August 2023, S&T IT moved from annual billing and renewal of Adobe Creative Cloud and Foxit PDF Editor to monthly, perpetual billing using the same billing system we use for telecommunications and courtesy appointments.
Adobe Creative Cloud will be charge at a rate of $12.50/month, totaling $150.00/year*.
Foxit PDF Editor will be charged at a rate of $1.08/month, totaling $12.96/year*.

You will now no longer be required to renew your subscriptions and licenses each year, but you will need to be sure to cancel subscriptions and licenses when they are no longer needed to avoid continuing to be charged for them.
NOTE: There will be prorated charges when you request and terminate a license of Adobe Creative Cloud or Foxit PDF Editor.
Below is an example of how a prorated billing statement will appear. In this example, two licenses of Foxit PDF Editor were purchased near the middle of August. Because the software was not accessible for the full month, the customer is only charged $0.52 per license rather than the full $1.08 per license.
