This document discusses how to sign into Adobe with your UM System SSO or S&T Adobe ID from an Adobe web service, from the Creative Cloud desktop application, or from an individual Adobe application such as Acrobat.
To begin, please select how you normally sign into your Adobe Account
I use my @umsystem.edu SSO to sign in.
1. Enter your @umsystem.edu SSO into the email address prompt and click Continue
2. You should be redirected to the UM System MFA Portal. Sign-in as you normally would.
3. After signing-in, Adobe will then ask which profile you would like to sign into.
4. Select “UMS – Missouri S&T”
If using this method does not allow your software to license or causes trial notices to appear, your license might be on your @mst.edu email address. To have your license migrated, contact the IT Help Desk or submit a request online. S&T IT will verify where your license is assigned and help you to migrate.
I use my @mst.edu email address to sign in.
S&T IT recommends migrating your license to your @umsystem.edu SSO for increase security and to simplify your login process.
To have your license migrated, contact the IT Help Desk or submit a request online.
1. Enter your @mst.edu email address into the email address prompt and click Continue.
If Adobe does not recognize an account for the email you entered, you can contact the IT Help Desk or submit a request online to have your license verified and have your account migrated to your @umsystem.edu SSO.
2. Enter the password associated with your @mst.edu Adobe ID. If you do not remember your password, S&T IT can migrate your account to your @umsystem.edu SSO so that you can use your SSO password to sign in.
3. After signing in, Adobe display the notice below. Click “Join team” if it is presented.
4. If you are then presented with a notice about your stored content, please carefully read it and click “Continue”. If you are affected by this change, please see our document on how to migrate your files: How to Transfer Files Across Adobe Accounts or Profiles
5. Select “UMS – Missouri S&T”
