Where Is My Renewal Email for Adobe or Foxit products?

Previously, Missouri S&T IT would send out automated responses in late May or early June of each year to confirm renewal of Adobe or Foxit products. Since August 2023, S&T IT switched from annual billing to monthly, perpetual billing using the same billing software we use for telecommunications and courtesy appointments.

You are now no longer required to renew your subscriptions and licenses each year, but you will still need to be sure to cancel subscriptions and licenses when they are no longer needed to avoid continuing to be charged for them.

To having billing modified or cancelled for your Adobe or Foxit products, you can submit a Software Billing request online by navigating Software -> Software -> Billing in the Service Catalog.
