If someone says they are getting a timezone warning when inviting you to meetings or they say you show up in teams like this:
This indicates that outlook thinks you have a different time zone set. The quickest way to correct this is to go to: https://outlook.office365.com and then click on the gear icon in the upper right of the web browser:
once you have clicked on the gear, click Calendar under Settings and go to the View tab:
if it shows something like this, click the Yes, update button:
