How To Switch to Your Enterprise Profile in Adobe Stock

This document discusses how to make sure that you are signed in with your Enterprise Profile in Adobe Stock to license images at no cost as part of your Adobe Creative Cloud license.

1. Go to https://stock.adobe.com/

2. If not signed in, click “Sign in” near the top-right corner of the webpage and follow the steps provided in this article: How To Sign into Your UM System Adobe Account

3. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the webpage (your profile icon may differ from the one shown below)

4. For the next steps, please select what matches what you see in the two boxed areas below:

What do you see?

I see “Personal” and “No Plan”

This means you need to switch which profile is being used with Adobe Stock.

1. Click “Change Profile”

2. Click “UMS – Missouri S&T” and Select

3. The page should refresh and you should now see “Unlimited images” for your Available Stock quota.

4. If you still see “Personal” and “No Plan”, clear your browser cache and try again. If that still does not work, contact the IT Help Desk or submit a request online describing the steps you have taken so that S&T IT can determine what needs to be done to repair your account.

I see “UMS – Missouri S&T” and “No Plan”

This means the method you have used to sign in might not have a Creative Cloud license assigned.

To verify where your Creative Cloud license is assigned, contact the IT Help Desk or submit a request online. S&T IT will be able to assist you in determining how you need to sign in.

I see something different

If you do not see either of the combinations as listed above, please contact the IT Help Desk or submit a request online detailing what combination you see, along with the email address that shows in this panel so that S&T IT can determine what needs to be done to repair your account.

If these steps do not resolve your issue or guide you to further assistance, please contact the IT Help Desk or submit a request online. S&T IT will be happy to assist you in getting your Creative Cloud licensing repaired.
