All paid Grammarly licenses will change from @mst.edu email addresses to @umsystem.edu email addresses. This transition will move all paid licenses to a Grammarly enterprise licenses to ensure enhanced data protection and privacy, aligning with UM System policies. We will need to know if you want to have a Grammarly enterprise license which will incur a $50 annual fee. All free Grammarly accounts will be blocked from using @mst.edu and @umsystem.edu email addresses.
What is Happening?
Effective January 16, 2024, all current Grammarly accounts under the @mst.edu domain will need to have transitioned to the Grammarly for Education Enterprise plan, or to a personal email address. The University Grammarly Enterprise license will cost $50 per user annually, and provides robust features and enhanced security.
Who is Impacted?
All faculty, staff, and students using @mst.edu or @umsystem.edu email addresses for their Grammarly accounts.
What Actions Are Required?
For students who are actively using their @mst.edu or @umsystem.edu emails for a free or paid personal Grammarly account:

For faculty, staff, and student employees to continue using Grammarly under the new Enterprise plan:

The deadline to complete this form is Dec. 20, 2024. Failure to act by this date will result in the loss of access to your Grammarly account.
